Monica Clemence Elizabeth Bell

Monica is a Colchester-based entrepreneur, enterprise mentor and coach with 25 years in business development and management across the arts, social care, recruitment and design.

She works as an associate with Ixion, part of the Shaw Trust, supporting funding for small businesses, and is developing a social enterprise offering accommodation and life-skills training.

Monica volunteers in creative business development for ELSCM and for a classical music education bursary fund. Both widen access to classical music for people who are marginalised or face financial hardship.
